CEO Message
Growing up in family businesses made owning a business of our own very natural. Frank Young grew up in  the service station business ( that's  when they actually performed services). He would stand on a milk crate to clean windshields. Webb and  Young's Atlantic Boulevard ice and Fuel was well known at the beaches for many years.

My family owned a motel in south Jacksonville Beach, Kathleen Kourt. I grew up making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and  spending my Saturdays and weekday afternoons renting rooms and keeping our guests happy.

While working together at another pest control company, Frank and I became  friends. We were both interested in the same things and worked well together. We studied  and gained experience and took our state certification tests. We wanted to try new things and use what we learned. Our spouses encouraged us to start our own business. With   much excitement and fear we left or "safe' work environment and began a new business in April, 1986.

Our backgrounds had fine tuned us for customer satisfaction. We decided from the beginning to use only high quality products and give excellent service. With that philosophy, we have become one of the strongest locally owned companies in our area.
